With decades of experience spanning elite sport, leisure development and commercial strategy, Adrian brings a unique understanding of how high quality water space can transform communities, participation and wellbeing. His vision for ReCreation was born from a belief that the leisure sector must challenge outdated thinking and create more accessible, sustainable and future focused facilities. Combining strategic leadership with a passion for sport and public health, Adrian plays a central role in shaping innovative leisure environments that inspire more people to become active, more often.
Natalie McGuire
Commercial Director
Natalie brings extensive commercial, operational and strategic expertise to ReCreation, shaped through a career spanning national governing bodies, leisure operators and community wellbeing organisations. With leadership experience across Swim England and local authority leisure environments, Natalie understands both the commercial realities and social value potential of aquatic facilities. At ReCreation, she plays a key role in shaping commercial strategy and supporting clients through the evolving leisure landscape, with a focus on participation, sustainability and long term community impact. A passionate advocate for the sector, Natalie is regularly attending and networking at industry events across the UK, helping ReCreation stay connected to emerging trends, partnerships and opportunities that are shaping the future of aquatic leisure.
